Return Policy
If you
received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact a Customer
Service as soon as possible (no later than 3 business days after
receipt).
If there
is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a
Customer Service immediately!
If you’re
not satisfied with your purchase of Security Products ONLY, please contact us within 10
calendar days of receipt for return instructions and obtain RMA#
prior to returning your item to us: we cannot accept responsibility
for unauthorized returns. No merchandise could be returned without a
prior written authorized RMA #.

Please
note that RMA # is only good for 10 days from the date of issue.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the
invoice, and the RMA # written on the mailing label.
Product
must be in brand new condition with the original packaging intact,
including manufacturer’s shrink wrap (if provided in original
packaging) and in unused, resalable condition.
Please
note that we are not responsible for any shipping charges of
merchandise being returned to us. When sending your package back to
us please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for lost
packages. No refunds or credits will be given for lost returns. For
this reason, we advise you to use mail with signature confirmation
as the method of shipping. You will then be able to track your order
on the carrier’s website and have proof we received your return.
BE SURE
TO CLEARLY MARK THE RMA # ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AND
ENCLOSE THE PROOF OF PURCHASE, OTHERWISE, YOUR RETURN WILL BE
REFUSED.

Electronics, Inc is not responsible for lost returns or packages
that are not returned in accordance with these terms.
All
returned merchandise will be subject to a minimum restocking charge
of twenty percent (20%).
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS
ON ALL CONSUMER ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS AND CABLE WIRES.
AYC Electronics does not provide warranty of
any sort. Most of the products come with a manufacturer's limited
warranty. If your item requires service, please contact the
manufacturer directly.
